What do I need to rent a car?
You must be
at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and provide
a credit or debit card for the deposit and rental payment.
Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver fee.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. You
must have valid auto insurance that covers rentals in Florida.
If you don’t have one, we can offer basic coverage or help you use your
credit card’s rental protection.
Can I rent without a U.S. driver’s license?
Yes. We accept foreign driver’s licenses as long as they are written in English
or accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP).
How pick-up and drop-off works?
You can pick
up the car at our base location in Miami or request delivery to your
hotel, airport, or address (for an additional fee).
Drop-off must be made at the agreed location and time.
What if I return the car late?
If you return the car after the scheduled time without approval, an additional
hourly or daily fee may apply.
Please contact us in advance if you need extra time — we’ll try to accommodate
your request.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, depending on availability. Please message us at least 2 hours before your
return time to confirm the extension and rate.
What if I get a ticket or toll?
Drivers are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations during the rental period.
Tolls can be billed automatically from your deposit or charged after your trip.
Is there a mileage limit?
Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance.
Extra miles are charged at $0.70 per mile, unless otherwise specified for your vehicle.
What about fuel?
Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned full.
If not, a refueling fee will apply.
What’s your smoking policy?
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
A $250 cleaning fee applies if traces of smoke or odor are detected.
Can I take the car outside Florida?
No, vehicles must remain within the state of Florida, unless prior written permission is granted.
What happens if the car gets damaged?
If damage occurs, contact us immediately.
We’ll guide you through the insurance process. The security deposit may be used to cover costs not covered by insurance.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle category and is returned after inspection, usually within 24–48 hours.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up are fully refundable.
For later cancellations, one rental day may be charged.
