¿Cuál es la política de devolución?
Nuestro objetivo es que cada cliente esté completamente satisfecho con su compra. Si no es así, infórmenos y haremos todo lo posible para ayudarle a solucionarlo.
¿Alguna compra es venta final?
No se aceptan devoluciones de ciertos artículos. Se marcarán cuidadosamente antes de la compra.
¿Cuando recibiré mi pedido?
Nos encargaremos de enviar tu pedido lo antes posible. Una vez enviado, recibirás un correo electrónico con más información. Los plazos de entrega varían según tu ubicación.
¿Dónde se fabrican sus productos?
Nuestros productos se fabrican tanto localmente como a nivel internacional. Seleccionamos cuidadosamente a nuestros socios de fabricación para garantizar la alta calidad y un precio justo.
What if I return the car late?
If you return the car after the scheduled time without approval, an additional daily fee may apply.
Please contact us in advance if you need extra time — we’ll try to accommodate
your request.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, depending on availability. Please message us at least 3 hours before your
return time to confirm the extension and rate.
What if I get a ticket or toll?
Drivers are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations during the rental period.
Tolls can be billed automatically from your deposit or charged after your trip.
Is there a mileage limit?
Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance 100 miles per day.
Extra miles are charged at $0.50 per mile, unless you added extra unlimited milage option.
What about fuel?
Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned full.
If not, a refueling + $20 fee will apply.
What’s your smoking policy?
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
A $250 cleaning fee applies if traces of smoke or odor are detected.
Can I take the car outside Florida?
No, vehicles must remain within the state of Florida, unless prior written permission is granted.
What happens if the car gets damaged?
If damage occurs, contact us immediately.
We’ll guide you through the insurance process. The security deposit may be used to cover costs not covered by insurance.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle category ($500-$1000) and is returned after inspection, usually within 24–48 hours.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up are fully refundable.
For later cancellations, one rental day may be charged.
